She truly made a difference and added such a personal touch to our experience. This was honestly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! And we will definitely be coming back to stay here.

She did her very best to accommodate me as I traveled from the Middle East and arrived early. We met Ann at breakfast and she was very helpful with explaining about the breakfast and check-out process.

But, I have to say that the best part of our stay was the incredible hospitality and service from Mr. Dinh Lee. From the moment we arrived until we left he always made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond recommending the best food and sightseeing excursions. Mr Lee could easily oversee the best 5 star hotels in the world. He is the best at what he does and takes great pride in his job. I would also like to say a special thank you to Henry. He was also most cordial and helpful.
