The location is exceptional, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. It gave us the chance to explore the best of Hanoi just by stepping outside, while still being peaceful and comfortable once inside. The rooms were spotless and carefully maintained, with every detail in place to make us feel at home. The facilities were excellent, modern, and convenient, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. But what truly made this experience stand out was the staff. Their kindness, availability, and genuine smiles transformed our stay into something unforgettable. They were always there when we needed them, thoughtful and attentive in the most sincere way—not just polite, but truly caring. To our amazement, they went even further: the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated anniversary cake and a special room setup. Walking into a room filled with balloons, flowers, and a personalized birthday/anniversary decoration was such a heartwarming surprise. It was clear that every little detail was arranged with love and effort, making us feel celebrated and deeply appreciated. This was by far our best stay in Hanoi, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Firstly, the staffs were very accommodating especially Andrew, Liza, Michael and another guy (forgot the name). The place is cozy and has the best location. Very near at all places in the old quarter. Walking distance and easy to book grab.. They also booked the aiport transpo for us. Responds via message quickly. They are good in english too!
