The staff is outstsanding, they could not be any better; Breakfirst is worth its money. The hotel is located in the middle of the Old Tow. When I arrived in the late evenening, I was not sure, if this would be the right place for me, but after 2 days I really enjoyed the neighbourhood. For me it is a fantastic places to stay for a couple of days. Internet was very good. The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable.

They were always there when we needed them, thoughtful and attentive in the most sincere way—not just polite, but truly caring. To our amazement, they went even further: the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated anniversary cake and a special room setup. Walking into a room filled with balloons, flowers, and a personalized birthday/anniversary decoration was such a heartwarming surprise. It was clear that every little detail was arranged with love and effort, making us feel celebrated and deeply appreciated. This was by far our best stay in Hanoi, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking not only for comfort and cleanliness, but also for heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly special, this is the place to be.

Firstly, the staffs were very accommodating especially Andrew, Liza, Michael and another guy (forgot the name). The place is cozy and has the best location. Very near at all places in the old quarter. Walking distance and easy to book grab.. They also booked the aiport transpo for us. Responds via message quickly. They are good in english too!
