I think the location is actually nice, as long as you can rent and ride a scooter yourself. It’s next to the buffalo hostel which is party focused so you can hear some music in the evenings but they usually turn it off at a reasonable time. Windy is a perfect place for travelers who still want to socialize at buffalo hostel but prefer a more comfortable, private room to sleep in!
