We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and we can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had. First and foremost, the staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. Upon check-in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. What stood out most was their professionalism when we encountered an issue during our stay. They handled it promptly and efficiently, demonstrating their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Speaking of the rooms, they are a true testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. The room layouts are thoughtfully designed, with modern and stylish decor that creates a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The furniture is brand new and is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant on the first floor. The menu offered a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and every meal we had was an absolute delight. The flavors were simply outstanding, and we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to each dining experience. The service at the restaurant was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made dining there a pleasure. In addition to the restaurant, the overall ambiance of the hotel was remarkable. It exuded a sense of sophistication, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the decor to the immaculate cleanliness, was evident in every corner. In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel. From the exceptional staff to the well-designed rooms, new furniture, and the mouthwatering dishes at the restaurant, every aspect of our stay was simply outstanding. Featuring free Wi-Fi, an outdoor seasonal pool and a spa centre, this hotel is located in Antalovtsi village, 30 km from Uzhgorod. It also offers a steam bath and fishing facilities. We came from Slovakia to spend a few peaceful days surrounded by nature, and Bogolvar Retreat Resort was exactly what we hoped for. The location is beautiful, quiet, and green, a perfect place to relax and enjoy fresh air and calm surroundings. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and even though we don’t speak Ukrainian, we could always understand each other with smiles and simple words. Everyone was genuinely helpful, and we felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. Our rooms were clean, warm, and cozy, there was always electricity, hot water, and heating. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with delicious food and great coffee. We truly had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, good food, and friendly people. The only small issue was a payment misunderstanding when booking, but that was related to the international bank transfer system, not the hotel’s fault. The staff were honest and tried to help us solve it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return again. Highly recommended!
