The breakfast was nice and in abundance. The location is great. Just walk 3 min to ski lift and enjoy skiing. The outdoor pool is amaizing.

The hotel is located in the prime location. Super friendly staff. All the facilities are in a great condition, including the spa area. It is a cozy place away from the main road deep in the serene forest area. I’d say it is a perfect summer mountain holiday location, as you get vicinity to forest, plenty of fresh air and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Great appreciation for good mood especially in such uneasy times for Ukraine. We were there for winter holidays, facilities at the hotel are good, the spa clean, newly built I guess, bath, and etc. For skiing one would need a car, as first ski lift is 3 km away. For non skiers it is fine to walk to village center, but if you ski, you’d need to drive.

Set in Bukovel, HVOYA offers ski-to-door access to the Bukovel 7D ski lift and a 24-hour front desk. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available on site. Difficult to say since everything was just perfect from the arrival to departure: easy parking, great food especially at breakfast, amazing spa. But it is the staff that made the stay most memorable.
