House keepers were amazing Staff members and managers attitude and support were in its best. Eray , Emre, Sabrina and Besta were always nice to us. Definitely recommended

Super friendly and helpful staff 2. great location close to the beach as well as to the centre 3. Amazing food, lot of variety and great taste. 4. Overall nothing to complain about especially considering the price. Great value for money. 5. Sector 4 of Kleopatra Beach is 10 minutes walking, it’s a great beach sector but you have to pay for sunbeds. The beach sector of the hotel is further, in this sector the sunbeds are free of charge. They have a shuttle bus that runs in dedicated schedule, it’s very convenient and it takes 4 minutes from beach to the hotel. 6. Common areas as well as rooms are very nicely decorated and clean.

Aqua park offers a complimentary access to adrenaline-pumping rides and relaxed explorations including 55 water slides. Everything, the food, the entertainment, the rides, the shopping but most of all we loved the staff!! Especially Aizhan and Sęyma at the guest relations! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassel free. I had a horrible asthma attack while there and they made sure I got the best help including getting me to the clinic. And then checked on me every morning after that. They sent breakfast to the room, got my medicine and made sure my kids had fun in the meantime! We are so grateful and will never forget this true Turkish hospitality!! Another must mention was the amount and choice of food available! The chefs, the Bakers and the kitchen staff were all beyond amazing! We will definitely return to our home away from home😍

For the active ones, there are also tennis and squash courts, gym, mini golf and a water sports centre. We absolutely loved this place, people, activities and food. It was pure comfort from the moment we arrived until we left. There was always something to do, although it was a rainy week in the spring. The staff provided great service in all areas, really top notch without being overwhelming. The food was delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So many drinks on offer as part of the all inclusive! Rooms are comfortable and well designed, the resort is beautiful with direct beach access. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Our stay at sealife family resort was fabulous. We received a free upgrade to a family room. Staff is very kind and very helpful.
