The property had everything you wanted and more, the pictures they have on the website and advertisements don’t do this place justice it really is a case see it to believe it, staff went above and beyond with everything, good and standards were great and you were never too far away from any attraction, they organised taxis and even rang for notice when being collected for hours. I can’t recommend this place enough

We stayed at Carus Cappadocia from November 15th to 19th for a couple’s trip, and the experience was excellent in every aspect. The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotless, with great attention to detail throughout the property. The service is impeccable, and the entire staff is professional, attentive, and reliable. A special thank you to the reception staff, who were always available and helpful with anything we needed. We also truly appreciated the housekeeping team, who greeted us every day with a smile and kept the room in perfect condition, as well as the breakfast staff, who were attentive and well organized. A truly wonderful stay that made our trip to Cappadocia even more special. Highly recommended.

The hotel is great - big, cozy and warm room in a cave. Fantastic breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff. A great choice to visit Goreme. Close to city center and view points.

The hotel is certified as eco-friendly by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Amazing room and staff, especially the ladies at the reception. It was by far our best stay in Turkey. The spa was also very complete and was open until late. Besides, the hotel is conveniently located in the center of Kaiseri and just an avenue away from the airport

They have an amazing breakfast, facilities, roof top view of Cappadocia, great service and very accommodating staff and the most important part..they have an amazing view of Cappadocias’s balloon flight

Savour a traditional Turkish buffet breakfast before exploring Cappadocia. the staff is simply perfect, they welcome you enthusiastically and immediately make you feel at home, nothing is too much. The rooms are neat and beautiful. The location is beautiful and perfect, enough parking space. The breakfast was amazing and the view was beautiful. I am often critical, but there is little I can say about this hotel. If we come back to Göreme we will definitely stay here. Big compliments to the staff who always seem cheerful and radiate positive energy And thank you for organizing the balloon trip for a very good price, it was a once in a lifetime experience.
