We booked the green tour though the hotel and we had an amazing time. The hotel also booked us a ballon flight but in the morning we were about to fly from kind of a far away place like 20 min away from the hotel (which is right next to the Göreme ballon take off) which was kind of disappointing. So when you book ask from where you will fly so you are prepared. In mid November the prices were 80-90€ but maybe because they were from far away places not Göreme.

One word - everything. From the welcome package of dried fruits, nuts and red wine to the very end when they extended our checkout for free, everything was wonderful. Aza Cave is part of chain of 3 cave hotels (Aza Cave, Kelebek and Sultan Cave) there and you can use their facilities as well. All of them are 50 meters apart. Aza is the quitest of them all. The cave King Suite we were was amazing. Many people mentioned in their comments that is dark, but guys this is a cave experience and being a little bit darker than usual hotel room is more than expected. It was amazing experience and i definitely would recommend highly that resort. The staff was really kind and helpful. Multiple people approached us with useful suggestions from the very beginning when we reserved to the very end when we checkout. We have book multiple activities from them, always done by the highest standards. They contacted me after reserving with them and providing me with very useful information about the holidays and activities. Definitely book balloon flight through them - they use Turquaz Balloons (the best provider there) or Discovery Ballooons. They have pool ... which is HEATED ... contrary on most comments. I tried it and it was heated. It is not 34C more like 25-27C but still heated. The breakfast was great. A lot of choices and all of them very delicious. They are one of the few cave hotels there, which has very big parking lot with very easy access. I was there with big SUV and had no problem at all to park. Our suite had a fireplace and they offer lighting the fireplace for free. We tried it and it was really amazing and romantic setup.

Our facility includes a restaurant and bar, Kaira Rooftop, and an underground Turkish Bath and Spa. These additional services are not included in the room rates. We stayed at the hotel for three days. The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel is near the  best viewpoint of the town and only a two- or three-minute walk to it. We watched the hot air balloons every morning and drank beers on the patio, where we could see the sunset.

Very hospitile,welcoming and helpful staff especially Ms Fatima at Reception and the kitchen staff for Morning breakfast.

In my opinion, there is no better place to stay in Cappadocia!

The hotel serves breakfast as an open buffet in the mornings. In the evenings, you can enjoy drinks from the bar on the terrace. We had an incredible stay in this magnificent hotel. Ahmed was the most helpful and proactive in all aspects of our stay, starting with a smooth late night check, then providing us info on our self-driving tour of the area, arranging our hot air balloon visit and lighting the fire in our rooms on the coldest snow days. It was also very nice to chat with him and to learn more about Göreme. Great views of the balloons from our balcony and good location if you are driving. Heating was sufficient for our winter visit, toasty rooms especially when the fireplace is lit. Clean rooms and easy pre-check in communication. Breakfast was a very nice surprise too.
