Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. It was my first trip to Tunis, and I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. It was also my first traditional hammam and it truly exceeded my expectations!! The indoor pool and spa / relaxation area are also really nice. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and decorated with great taste. Breakfast was excellent and the staff provided great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely return!
