All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious and the communal space well designed and beautifully decorated. I had a great time at the hammam, very cosy vibes and excellent massage. I highly recommend this charming place and will definitely be back !
