Alex is very kind and helpful. He arranged transport and massage for us. Massage was very good and you don’t have to go anywhere, massager is coming to beach house. Drinks are available in self service fridge, and prices are good. It’s a good quiet and beautiful place. Several good restaurants are nearby and if you want something new, ask Alex, where is Blues Blues. Thank you Alex, you are really good host.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi in all rooms. 位置上离象岛码头比较远，但是酒店本身非常不错，很喜欢酒店的沙滩，感觉比热门的white sand beach安静和干净很多。酒店沙滩拥有很好的日落景观，而且海水特别舒服。 我们预定的全景房很大，视野确实很好，我们非常满意。另外酒店吃早餐的cliff top cafe风景也非常不错，早餐的选择也比较多样。 另外还通过酒店预定了一个mini birthday set，里面的巧克力蛋糕意外的非常好吃。另外酒店员工对房间的布置也很用心，也会考虑到生日的惊喜属性，会私下里和预定人沟通，这点非常满意。

Steps from Haad Sai Khao’s white sand, KC Grande Resort & Spa features 5-star accommodation with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. It has a gym, pool and dining options. We received a free upgrade from our room that we booked. The room was simply amazing with stunning views of ocean. The room was spacious and well played out. Very practical. The hotel facilities were amazing and the roof top pool top notch! Additionally - the hotel gym is useful and all around it feels great.

Located on Koh Chang island, Koh Chang Kacha Resort has 2 outdoor pools, 2 restaurants, a beach bar and a pool bar. Free parking is provided. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby. nice and clean and as described online, pictures all what we found. good value
