Staff was very professional, especially Food and Beverage staff. Restaurant deserves to be full every day. Dishes are full of tastes, cocktails like in cocktail bars. Breakfast is good, could be better filled up. Pool is amazing for kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in quiet street far from noise of road. But the biggest impression is definitely restaurant, taste of dishes and service. You don't need to go out of hotel, you have everything there.

The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

Breakfast was really good lots of to choose from. Size of the room was very big and spacious. In the evening you can use the bar or play bowling, pool or go to play room. I would like to compliment a receptionist call Veronika, who welcomed us with nice smile, she's the most nicest kindness and helpful receptionist I have ever met. Hotel should be very proud of having her there. She's a star We will definitely be back again.
