We were welcomed with all necessary things in the room and even more. The fridge in the room was stuffed with any kind of drink and at our arrival also chocolates on our pillows were there waiting for us. Breakfast is in a very nice restaurant of the hotel and choice is wide and quality high. Rooms with balcony had two chairs and flowers on the balcony. The hotel is very quiet and staff was extremely kind. I was not feeling very well and they allowed me to take Breakfast in the room. Everything was so good that we decided to stay one more night so they found an exactly the same room and charged us the same price. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast buffet was extraordinary and all staff were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

The spa was exceptional and a welcome end to a days hiking. Great vegan food - especially breakfast.

The wellness area is great for relaxing after a day full of activities. There were not a lot of crowds, many different sauna available, hot tubs and a pool. Breakfast had typical options with added local cheeses which were great. Great value for money.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s not as luxury as the hotels next to the lake, but for the facilities and services it offers a fair price. I definitely would recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay was the outstanding spa! 10 stars for the spa!! I will definitely visit again.

The spa centre includes a hot tub, an infrared cabin, a Finnish sauna and massage showers. All facilities are at an additional charge. Reservation of the wellness is requiered at the reception, after the check-in. We liked Everything. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The location is perfect! Exactly 1 min walk from the train station 😊 The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas. Private wellness was great.
