The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Brent from the Philippines the bellboy . who went above and beyond to recommend fantastic local attractions. His tips made our trip betterr . He was really nice , accommodating, such hospitality we got from him . It was really not customary to tip but i do regret till now that we didn’t leave him anything cus we didn’t want to look rude but BRENT YOURE AMAZING! The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. One highlight was their thoughtful amenities like complimentary charger bricks and plenty of sockets in the rooms, so you never have to worry about running out of battery. Another cool feature was the automatic blinds that you can easily control with a button. also they provided me with a purifier as requested because i am asthmatic. I really really appreciate that.

Superb location with easy access to the Marina Bay Gardens and plenty more. Promenade metro station five minutes walking distance, covered all the way from the elements. Multiple malls within walking distance. Easy access to everything you want to see, from Sentosa island to Orchard Road and to the zoo and everything in between. 20-25 minutes from the aiport by taxi. We had rooms facing the bay and the Sands hotel - easily one of the best views I've had from any hotel. Staff are excellent, breakfast is superb and finally a gym that could easily be a commercial facility. Great selection of free weights, cardio and weight machines. It does not come cheap but you get what you pay for.

From the gentlemen at the entrance who helped us with transportion, reception, housekeeping. They were awesome.
