Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The apartment has parking on-site, a hot tub and a lift. All, the place was exceeding my expectation and everything was perfect. I would definitely consider this place again if I happened to travel to Johor Bharu again.
