Everything was top notch, starting from the arrival and check in and ending with us leaving and the stuff being nice enough to let us check out a bit later. The room was big enough for two, the bathroom nicely equipped. Spa facilities were on and working, everything seemed clean . Not sure how it's going to look like during the winter, may get a bit crowded, but during summer it was perfect size wise.

The 1,800 m² big Grand Oaza spa centre offers a sauna, Turkish bath, salty ice cave and an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub as well as a relaxation area overlooking the mountainous landscape. Various massage and beauty treatments can be organised. The resteraunt and the location are great. We like it very much.

Veoma ljubazno osoblje na recepciji, u kafiću i restoranu. Iako smo kasnili na večeru chef je odlučio da nas čeka sa večerom umjesto lunch paketa. Nažalost nismo imali vremena koristiti bazen i spa, razlog više za ponovnu posjetu 😁

The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Everything!!! Perfect location (the slope Malo jezero is literally directly outside of the door), spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, free parking next to the hotel, ski depot very tidy, warm and organized (for additional fee, which is not too expencive and worth the money, believe me!), and finally, charming, positive, helpful and always in good mood owner Golub! We'll be back, for sure!

Staff curtesy and cusomer service was top notch. Apartment was very comfortable and close to the pool and facilities. Views from the pool and cafe service by the pool was excellent. Great value for money.

Other facilities include ski-to-door access and ski pass vendor on site, a sauna with a massage parlour. The property has a free shuttle bus to the town centre. Very nice hotel! Very good value for money. Polite personnel. Clean and comfortable room! Very good for family also.
