Everything was top notch, starting from the arrival and check in and ending with us leaving and the stuff being nice enough to let us check out a bit later. The room was big enough for two, the bathroom nicely equipped. Spa facilities were on and working, everything seemed clean . Not sure how it's going to look like during the winter, may get a bit crowded, but during summer it was perfect size wise.

The 1,800 m² big Grand Oaza spa centre offers a sauna, Turkish bath, salty ice cave and an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub as well as a relaxation area overlooking the mountainous landscape. Various massage and beauty treatments can be organised. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. We received the Easter special package, which turned out to be great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The meal service was also well organized, with food constantly being refilled and no long lines. The kids' playroom was a big hit, and the daily activities for children were a great way to keep them entertained—and give parents a bit of a break. The holiday brunch was a lovely touch, and the outdoor pool with warm water was especially enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which was another plus. The massage service was incredible. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Definitely would recommend for families with children.

The staff wrote a nice welcome letter for my daughters and made sure all of our needs were met. We received daily bus passes to go to and from the ski center, and the spa was perfect after a long day of skiing. We will surely stay again.

The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Everything!!! Perfect location (the slope Malo jezero is literally directly outside of the door), spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, free parking next to the hotel, ski depot very tidy, warm and organized (for additional fee, which is not too expencive and worth the money, believe me!), and finally, charming, positive, helpful and always in good mood owner Golub! We'll be back, for sure!
