The location was great, down a quiet site street but a few minutes away from the old town main strip. The facilities are beautiful, the hotel is incredibly charming and serene and the rooftop view is delightful. We were greeted with champagne and the staff carried our bags up for us. Breakfast was varied and good and our experience at the spa was also great. All in all I would absolutely recommend Schuster and go back.

Located in the centre of Predeal, Hotel Carmen offers free access to the spa centre. You can take a swim in the heated indoor pool, relax in the hot tub, use the dry and wet sauna or the fitness room.... It was in a great location. Anyway, finally everything was perfect, and we even got a larger room upgrade for free !
