The room and hotel is comfortable and modern. The staff are very attentive and helped us get a reservation at a nice restaurant (special thanks to Adriana!) on Christmas Eve. They even gave us a bag full of souvenirs, including their own custom chocolate and a tiny model of the hotel! Which we really appreciated.

Located in the centre of Predeal, Hotel Carmen offers free access to the spa centre. You can take a swim in the heated indoor pool, relax in the hot tub, use the dry and wet sauna or the fitness room.... It was in a great location. Good breakfast, pool jakuzi etc. I like the furnitures and the room also.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, was very good. The spa area is excellent for adults. Outdoor jacuzzi in the evening cold is a special experience.

We stayed in the apartments section of the hotel. The apartment itself was huge, with two bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - and a very spacious living room. Once we figured out how to adjust the radiators the atmosphere inside became wonderfully comfortable, especially with the towel warmer as an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent, offering a large selection of food and running conveniently from 7:30 to 10:30. We also booked treatments at the hotel’s spa, which we enjoyed very much and found to be fairly priced, with the only real downside being the lack of snow, though of course that’s not something the hotel can control.
