The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was impressively large and spacious, offering a sense of luxury and plenty of space to unwind. The in-room amenities were thoughtful and comprehensive—everything from a fully equipped kitchenette to cozy seating areas and modern appliances, ensuring every need was met. The buffet breakfast was great, the variety and quality of the food were superb, catering to all tastes. The staff deserve a special mention for their warm and friendly service. From check-in to check-out, they ensured our stay was really enjoyable. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

Very kind & supportive staff; very delicious breakfast (nice concept with buffet but also additional ordering at the table); „at home“ feeling in my room with comfortable interior design (love for every detail & small gestures). I arrived at the hotel in the evening. Very friendly first impression and the prompt agreement that they will turn on the sauna for me. I could go in my room and get comfy & then directly downstairs after 20mins to enjoy an empty & most pleasant spa atmosphere. Big love!

My stay at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel was an absolute delight. The breakfasts were incredible – a perfect way to start each day! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The central location made it easy to explore Lisbon on foot, while the luxurious spa provided the perfect space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The room was beautifully furnished with a stunning view and all the amenities one could need. A huge thank you to the hotel team for such a warm reception. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends!

At PortoBay Liberdade guests can enjoy a daily breakfast. Guests can relax at the bar in the hotel. From the second I arrived at the hotel, until I left, everything was absolutely perfect. The beautiful fragrance of the hotel was the first thing that I noticed. The friendly and helpful staff at the door and reception were extremely welcoming. The room was a good size, with a separate seating area, with a comfortable sofa. There was a dressing table with large mirror. Complementary water, coffee and tea. The bed was really comfortable. There was a turn down service each evening. The room has a balcony running along the whole length. The bathroom offers a bathtub and a separate shower and is spacious and modern. Breakfast is plentiful, offering cereals, bread, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, cooked breakfast, fresh juices etc. The restaurant is clean and modern and all staff offer a high level of service. The location is ideal. It's situated in a side road off the main avenue, so it's quieter, but still within walking distance to all of the local sights. There's public transport nearby too, if walking isn't your thing. The spa treatments were very relaxing. Again, the staff were amazing. There's an indoor pool in the spa area plus a jacuzzi on the roof terrace.

It also has a Fitness Center with PT programs. There was a mistake done on the room we had booked, and the manager fixed the issue right away by upgrading us to a deluxe suite. This changed the whole experience and was extremely appreciated
