Clean - spacious rooms - good location and very good breakfast. Also the presentation about the museum inside was very surprising - the hotel makes to its name.

The accommodation has air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. In the range of rooms available, there are 3 exclusive royal suites and 2 superior suites with views over the Tagus River or over the old town. The stay was phenomenal. The service from the staff was excellent. Special compliments to Marcos at the reception who was very kind and interested in helping with the choice of how to see the city, as well as compliments to Clara who is the PR of the hotel and a wonderful Fado singer who gives tourists an insight into the history and what Fado is. Every morning, the day begins with the sound of the piano and violin, so I recommend experience. The Palace Hotel has and is long owned by one family, and everything in the facility represents how it used to be in the old rich houses of Lisabon. It's like you're in a fairy tale.

It also has a Fitness Center with PT programs. Great hotel with nice and clean hotel rooms. AC was working, so since there were 30 degrees outside, it felt nice walking into our room. Breakfast was really good, especially because you could order almost anything you want from the kitchen, but also the food at the buffet was good. But the main thing was the rooftop terrace with the pool, really nice hanging out there.
