Everyone was so helpful. All of the wonderful details of a great stay were there. Breakfast was always enjoyable. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated our stay there.

When we arrived to check in, they told us they have had a problem in the system and there was a double booking on the same room and they were full, they had no room for us. However, the manager apologised, and offered us another accommodation in a partner hotel of theirs. Not only the place they found was perfect, but she drove us to the location itself and cared about finding a solution to a problem that can happen to anyone. This whole story shows that I might not know how the hotel is, but I can tell you it’s ran by people with good heart that truly care, and that you cannot find very often.
