For families with children (ages from 4 to 12 years old), a seasonal kids’ club provides supervised activities and care, so that parents can take a break and relax for a while. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially our greeter at the entrance. He was very helpful with all the necessary information we needed. Food at breakfast was very good. Our tasting menu experience, although expensive, was a really lovely two hours. The food in the other speciality restaurant was very good but the portions were tiny. The pool areas were really well kept. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for that bit of extra luxury we all crave.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was large with a kitchen with a fridge where water and soft drinks were replenished daily. The room was cleaned every day. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped and shower was powerful. Staff were so lovely, friendly and very efficient. The pool facilities were great. Breakfast was delicious as was the dinner we had in the a la carte restaurant on site. It is right beside Falesia beach which is spectacular I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. Fantastic
