Amazing hotel, everything is new. In room you control everythin with a tablet. Amazing staff, very helpful and polite. Our car was to long to fit to the parking lift and the street was crowded with cars, yet administrator found a place by the hotel for us to park the car. Best breakfast i've ever seen in a hotel. I would rate the hotel 10/10 and will definately choose it for the next stay in Warsaw.

Our stay was a little crazy idea on spending New Year's Eve (not participating in the ball organized by the hotel), and it turned out to be the perfect idea. Everything was great - the staff were so nice and so helpful (without being overbearing), the SPA was amazing, the food and drinks beyond this world and the room super comfortable

We loved this hotel. Super friendly for kids - beautiful playground, playroom , movie night (every night), pool. Rooms .were spacious and breakfast was beyond what we have expected We also had a few meals in the hotel's restaurant and enjoyed that as well .
