Situated adjacent to the new airport in Lima, the Wyndham hotel was ideally located for a last night in Peru. It is a brand new hotel so everything was new. The room was spacious and quiet, notwithstanding its location. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with innumerable choices of excellent quality. We had dinner at the less formal resto the previous night which was also excellent. The staff was very accommodating to change or eliminate certain ingredients. We had a morning flight back home and the departure floor was just a short walk. All in all a great choice for our last night in Peru after close to three weeks on the road.

Shops are 300 m away whereas Lima's historic city center is 3.7 mi away. Free WiFi access is available. If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.

From the second you walk in, you know you will be looked after with great care. The staff were excellent. The pool area is beautiful especially with the outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast in the morning had an unbelievable selection of greatly prepared food. There is just a very calming atmosphere in the hotel.

The staff were thoughtful and helpful from start to finish, and the concierge assisted us even before we arrived. Management went above and beyond — even sending IT to fix my daughter’s internet for work. Great breakfast, great location, and genuinely kind people. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Additionally, there are 7 meeting rooms and laundry services. The property offers free parking for guests. Everything you’d expect of a luxury hotel. My room was upgraded on check in although they didn’t actually tell me this. Welcome drink in arrival is a nice touch. Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Great choice at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff in reception the lobby the bar and the restaurant. Location is a little out of the way but it’s in a nice safe area of a potentially dangerous city. Fir the price I paid it was great value for a luxury stay
