Essa camp in Wahiba Sands in Al Raka provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre and massage services. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Very beautiful spot. Well-designed and well-decorated bubble. Issa is an extremely kind and accommodating owner. PERFECT stay! Definitely the best camp in the desert. Simple good meal and very large quantity !

A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. At Arabian Nights Resort & Spa you will find a restaurant serving American, Chinese and British cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. Everything just great, from the appartment to breakfast, pool, the complex, extremly nice personel etc. The desert drive is wonderful. It is absolutely no problem to drive there yourself. Just go to the tire shop close to shell gas station and ask them to lower the tire pressure. The drive is quite easy, dont worry. Yoga classes and fitness classes are arranged at the fitness room in house. Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the luxury tent and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. A casino and an indoor play area are available at Luxury Desert Camp Oman, while guests can also relax on the sun terrace. We had a perfect stay in the desert and the staff was very friendly and helpful all the time.. Highlight was the walk trough the desert in the night where we saw a scorpion, which was amazing!! special thanks to anour and his team..

It is super easy to reach with a 4x4 or AWD vehichle, just 14km out from the main road. The area is nice and quiet, with a big dune to climb right next to the camp. The breakfast and dinner was great, very tasty and plenty, also cute to have a popcorn while watching the outdoor cinema. The sultan tent was nice and spacious.

A small camp with just 5 houses, located far enough from other camps to have your own experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms spacious enough. Food was buffet style, both for breakfast and dinner. For getting things done in the middle of the dessert, I was more than happy with the quality and amount of food. The man staffing the camp itself gave tips about sunset and sunrise, which was nice. Beds were really nice! Enjoy the silence, that's what this call is meant for in my opinion.

We stayed for one night at Rashids Camp. The best decision! :) Rashid is so kindly, courteous, attentive, funny and, of course, himself. His camp has only 5 tents. For us the best because it was so private. The tents are so big, they have luxury and comfortble beds and a full equipped bathroom. He offered an amazing launch and breakfast. We felt like we were coming home. We would choose his camp again. And maybe we'll meet camels again who make their way back to his camp :).

The best camp on the Wahiba sands desert. Far from the city and the other camps, in the middle of desert, perfect localisation. Nice, spacious tents with comfortable beds. Very good dinner and breakfast. Resonable price. Very nice and helpful owner. Offers pick-up and othe atractions. Thanks for nice staying.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful, our sand house was amazing, with a great view, spacious and really clean. The layout of the camp was very nice, the activity room had a looot to offer both for kids and for adults. The food prepared for dinner and breakfast was just amazing, super tasty!
