Overlooking the Hajar Mountains, this 4-star, deluxe hotel offers spacious accommodation, 24-hour room service and a heated outdoor pool. It also includes 2 indoor bars, a pool bar and a shisha... Nice place, friendly staff, hotel was not busy and quiet so it was a good chance to relax. It is quite far from everywhere but should be fine of you have a car. The pool was very clean and kids friendly. breakfast good with many varities. They had bbq dinner for the 2 nights we did around the pool at 12 OMR/person. Food was very good and the atmosphere was perfect.

I was not expecting much. We booked this last minute and for the price we paid, we expected OK standard. We got great service, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. Featuring an infinity pool, The View is located at Al Hamra. The property is perched on a high rock slab that overlooks the surrounding mountains and valleys. Free WiFi in public areas is available. Loved the placed, the views and the set up and the concept of the property is pretty amazing.
