The lady at the reception was so helpful and able to find a solution for all of our requests. Great service! Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast options.

Overlooking the Hajar Mountains, this 4-star, deluxe hotel offers spacious accommodation, 24-hour room service and a heated outdoor pool. It also includes 2 indoor bars, a pool bar and a shisha... The staff were very nice they welcomed me very well, room was clean I recommend it.

Pool was perfect - easily accesssible, clean, bar to one side. Room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. The entire hotel is single storey which adds to the relaxed feel and no messing about with elevators. The staff were excellent, very heplful and friendly, I had a problem with the safe, I rang reception, it was sorted in minutes.
