The house is beautiful and clean. Both rooms are spacious with their own ensuite bathrooms. Issac and Annie were very welcoming and made sure we had plenty of supplies. It is so much better than a hotel. We really love the apartment. Definitely our first choice when we visit Hamilton again.

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the spa with a view was a fantastic bonus. However, the highlight of our stay was Don, the host. He was the best host we’ve ever had—kind, attentive, and always making sure we were okay. Don truly made us feel welcome, like we were at home. We can’t recommend this place enough!

The space and design of the apartment are so restful. The view is wonderful and the hosts so welcoming. We had the best sleep ever and a great hot shower. The apartment is less than 10 minutes drive to the Shorebirds Centre and there is a fantastic fish restaurant on the road beyond the centre, Kaiaua Fisheries.

Overlooking Thames and featuring beautiful sea views, Grafton Cottage and Chalets offers private chalets. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ. Beautiful room and apartment. Felt homey and unique but still very clean and private. Nice host. I wish we stayed here longer.
