Just a lovely place, such a fantastic location & had complimentary bikes to go along. When our bikes didn’t work they gave us complimentary e-bikes! I really felt listened to & that is a first! Also they offer great deals with neighbouring restaurants (which are fantastic!!!)

Great place to stay, love the location. Received an upgrade to presidential suite, rooms are very nice. Restaurant and hotel bar are both excellent.

Nice camping and relaxed town (walking distance). Good base to go to mt Taranaki. Very friendly atmosphere. Old style cabin but clean and very affordable

The owner was very nice and helpful. He even gave us a lift to the bus stop next morning. Quiet location close to the city, comfortable beds and tidy rooms.

Extremely comfortable, clean, elegantly furnished apartment. Very well equipped. Added bonus was the mineral bath in the apartment, and availability of full spa facilities on site. Host was very proactive in making sure everything we needed was available. Lovely place to stay. Would stay longer next time to take advantage of the spa treatments

Nice and easy communication. Had everything we needed. Was used to sleep in really, as we went through for a funeral but, we did spend one full day at the house and it was really great. I loved the fact that it had a vacuum and cleaning products. Really close by to the shops, so the first night, I was able to grab some food and have a full breakfast the next day. Strong strong water pressure. My youngest didn't like the strength in the shower, but boy did everyone else! I didn't realise there was an ensuite when I booked, but I loved the fact that there were 2 toilets. The folder with tips and tricks was appreciated. It answered a few questions that I didn't realise I would have.
