The property is non-smoking and is set 47 km from RNZAF Base Ohakea. Unfortunately we only stayed here one night on our way to Wellington as I would dearly have loved to stay longer in this little gem of a property. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, adding so many little extras which made it truly a wonderful place to stay. Situated in their garden, surrounded by nature, the property had a wonderfully comfy bed, great shower, good cooking facilities and lovely outside seating. We were offered a swim in the pool and use of the Bbq which unfortunately we didn't have time to try. I would totally recommend staying here and certainly would love to return

Both rooms are spacious with their own ensuite bathrooms. Issac and Annie were very welcoming and made sure we had plenty of supplies. It is so much better than a hotel. We really love the apartment. Definitely our first choice when we visit Hamilton again.

There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Toasting marshmellows gave us a lot of fun with pretty lights in the backyard. We enjoyed a lot with the spacious living room and dining room, convenient kitchen with good quality kitchenware. Steve is very kind and helps us start the fire of brazier

Everything was clean and we appreciated the range of breakfast foods provided. Fantastic spa and pool.
