Very friendly staff, they let us help with feeding the dogs and we got to pet the smaller puppies etc. Location was bit of town but close to a lake and mountains, very nice views. The room was comfortable and kitchen well equipped, we were also very lucky as we were the only guests so we could hang in the common area with a fire place and so on.

The location was perfect, the hotel was renovated, we had breakfast, Fika and dinner included and the place feels warm and friendly. The views of the bay are incredible. We loved everything.

I had all the amenities during my stay and even had the luck to see the Northern Lights from the comfort of my room. The spa was an awesome time with all the facilities I was looking for: sauna, pool, lounge, etc. But the best part wasn't even the room itself but the staff and their service. Kristian from reception was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating - he helped me out with everything I needed from an early check-in to dinner reservations to the spa. The restaurant staff and the breakfast staff were so welcoming and friendly as well and had some great conversations - it matters a lot when you are a solo traveler. The spa staff again, 10/10. Can only thank them for making sure my stay is the best experience.
