We had our stay in lodge 24 with a great open view first row next to the fields. Watching the sun go down while relaxing inside the warm jacuzzi. Much privacy at the lodge 24 without noise from neighbours or nearby roads. Very clean jacuzzi and with just a phone call they can adjust the temprature a bit if desired. As we had our stay with a 2 year old we had the temprature lowered a little bit which they can do remotely. During our week stay they refreshed the water inside the jacuzzi. If I didn’t have to go to work the next day we would have booked some extra days.

Beautiful unit, modern and very clean. Great facilities for a short stay and the whirlpool is just fantastic! The communication is clear from the beginning and everything went smoothly from the beginning until the end. The location is also peaceful, beautiful amongst the trees. All in all, a great stay!

The hosts were very warm and welcoming on hand when needed without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance The B&B is nested in a peaceful neighbourhood, beside a serene canal which provides tranquil walks and is just 15 minute walk from the heart of Almelo The accommodation was spotlessly clean and maintained, honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay! There are all the modern conveniences, washer, dryer, tablet, smart television, the WiFi was excellent. The beds are supremely comfortable. The hospitality tray was a pure delight with a selection of teas, biscuits, coffee beans for the impressive coffee machine for perfect espresso and cappuccinos. The bathroom was equally impressive with a great shower, fluffy towels, gown, slippers and premium toiletries. Evenings were made extra special by the wood burning fire creating a cosy warm atmosphere. The swimming pool was maintained to the perfect temperature and the spa pool was pure bliss. The breakfast basket provided for our first night was nothing short of incredible. Breads, cheese, ham, eggs, jam, yogurt, granola and fruit juice. Everything was throughly curated and absolutely delicious. Every detail of our stay was perfect and I have left feeling totally pampered! Ham Annex B&B is a gem and we can’t wait to return.
