We loved the flexibility of having breakfast in the buffet or Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It is hard to highlight anyone, as all staff were fabulous. Zuliana was always warm and welcoming. Badrul was always very helpful and provided us with a wheel chair for our aunty. She really enjoyed exploring the hotel and connected shopping centre with us. We look forward to staying there again.
