Everything was perfect—the location, the beautiful surroundings, and the unique and charming chalets. The traditional-style accommodations added a lovely, authentic touch, and the pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids. The whole environment felt like a little oasis, peaceful yet vibrant. The hotel is perfectly situated right by the beach and just a short walk to the center with all the shops and restaurants. We only stayed for one night, which was such a pity, but we definitely plan to return for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

The mecca of home away stays from home, very comfortable, amazing staff, and the coolest monkeys, fantastic food options. We loved it and we are planning to come back! This was the first time we visited Xcaret and it was such an amazing experience we can't wait to experience more of it!!
