They have ruined all other all inclusive chains for me now and I would go to Riu first if available.

It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.
