There are many restaurants and bars very close by and if you don't have a car you can take the collectivos to go to the beach, to visit cenotes or other towns north or south of Tulum. The staff was amazing. They were very helpful in arranging our transport, giving us tips for activities and visits, they checked on us daily through WhatsApp and in person to see if we needed anything. We had breakfast included, it was simple but delicious and more than enough. The roof-top pool and the bar were also very nice. A minor inconvenience was that we had the room on the ground floor, next to the reception and the small pool. While we had a nice view of the pool and the small waterfall, we had to keep our curtains shut the whole time as there were people passing by. Also there was no exterior area for us to dry our swimwear.
