There was a restaurant on the property serving a good selection of food. The location is peaceful and the building is attractive. I got good service and was able to take some enjoyable walks right from the property.

Dehlia was a lovely host. It felt like I was a guest in someone’s home. I don’t speak any Spanish but we communicated through google translate. The area is quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was included and set me up for a day at the adventure park. They offer transport for a small fee and tours as well. It is about an hour walk to the adventure park and there is a supermarket just across the road. Great value for money, highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was good heating and the blankets on the bed were sufficiently warm for the season. The breakfast was served in the adjacent mexican restaurant and was good The hotel is situated in the middle of Creel, only a few hundred meters from where the bus stops, and from the railway station.

Very friendly and helpful host who speaks English and Spanish. Great heater in our room and lots of blankets. Lots of hot water and a comfortable bed. Very convenient being above a grocery store and beside a restaurant. Breakfast at the restaurant was included and they're open at 7:00 am.

friendly and professional staff (speak Spanish & English); location is near to a very nice mall, a convenience store and restaurants - McD and Starbucks! very comfortable bed, efficient heater (both room & water), efficient wifi, got internet TV; a heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi!; there is a nice coffee maker in the room; a nice complementary mexican breakfast. muchas gracias!
