We have been to the Maldives 7 times, but this time was by far your most favorite! Starting with the most welcoming staff in the greeting group, reception, all the restaurants, the water sports, the spa and the cleaning group were extremely welcoming and helpful. I would like to point out a couple crew members that really stood out to us: ( Soban & Abigayle at the RAHA restaurant complex), ( Eats and Beats, (Tia and other workers at Eats and Beats), (Nashid with hotel staff) and the wonderful ladies at the Water Sports Center. Also would like to point out that all the food was delicious, fresh, and of high variety. The overwater villa we stayed at was breathtaking and our cleaning crew did an amazing job of keeping it clean and tidy everyday! Furthermore, the water sports center team was nothing but the best. Did a couple of dives in different locations and was extremely pleased with outcomes. Boat crew and dive instructors were so amazing and attentive, they made our diving experience even more enjoyable! Marine life here is exceptional along with the home reef. The spa will leave you speechless. Mali in Spa is introducing Himalayan singing bowls and we highly recommend this treatment. All members are experienced professionals and therapists. The events were beautifully organized, and the food deserves a very special mention. The lobster, the seafood, everything was outstanding. Every meal felt thoughtful, fresh, and truly special. We would especially like to thank Earnest, who was absolutely incredible with us. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a difference in our experience. We were genuinely impressed by the food at Merlin. Everything was exceptional, from the flavors to the presentation, and each dinner felt memorable. What truly sets this resort apart is the management’s approach. The manager personally checked in to ensure every guest’s needs were met, showing a level of care and attentiveness that is rare and deeply appreciated. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it could not have been more perfect. Without a doubt, this is the most beautiful, turquoise, and breathtaking beach we have ever experienced. Located within Emboodhoo Lagoon, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives The hotel features a large ocean view swimming pool with a slide and underwater speakers, Rock Spa, Body Rock gym, Rock Shop, Hard Rock Café, and a direct access to The Marina @ CROSSROADS. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives! I had been staying on another island before coming here, and the weather at Hard Rock was so much better — always sunny, which made the experience even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. I received a room upgrade, and the room itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. They surprised me with a birthday cake and sparkling wine, which made my celebration extra special. A huge shout-out to Alfar, my host — truly the best host ever! He was always helping me out any time of the day, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Aikko also helped me a lot to get around and was very nice. The breakfast was great, and when I asked for items not available at the buffet, like chia seeds or pecans, they were happily provided. One of my favorite parts of the room was the huge hammock, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The marina live around the overwater villa is incredible. There are many restaurant options around, both at the hotel itself and in nearby properties and the marina, which gives a lot of variety for dining. The hotel also offers many activities, including yoga and jiu-jitsu. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to join, but it’s great to have so many choices. I did jetski at the water sports center and paid USD 400, which I felt was too expensive — and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it, as you don’t really see anything more beautiful than what’s already around the hotel. The best part of the island is right there! I also went to the spa and had a lovely massage — a very relaxing experience. The gym has a beautiful view, and it’s really nice to bike around the property and enjoy the scenery. My only small suggestion would be to move the blue light switch to the bathroom instead of connecting it to the bed light. Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return.

The rooms at the resort are equipped with a seating area, a flat-screen LED TV with cable channels and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a bath or shower. All rooms have a kettle and a desk. Sunrise/sunset can be viewed from the spacious balcony/terrace of the rooms. It’s a small and cozy island. Very peaceful and quiet. It’s a really good place if you want to disconnect from everything. We will come back soon!
