The Radisson app to check the map and contact Oybek was very helpful! In our room, there was a surprise left to congratulate us on our 5th anniversary, it was so beautiful! The overwater bungalow was huge, had everything we needed, and was so comfortable. We spent four lovely days at this resort and it was paradise. The beaches, the food, the drinks, the staff, there was nothing we didn't enjoy. We truly loved the Christmas Eve buffet/party on the beach. WOW! JUST WOW! The staff went over the top with food selections from around the world, a dessert spread like I have never seen before (shout out to your master baker(s)), and an overall presentation like I have never experienced before. Thank you to Oybek, Soban, Yaseen, and Musthafa for all the wonderful interactions and helpfulness you provided us. I can't wait to come again.

His cooking class on Maldivian cuisine was both fun and insightful. Nelson and Dee from Beru Bar: Their expertly crafted cocktails, warm smiles, and friendly company added so much to our evenings. Their recommendation of the Izakaya restaurant was spot on. Waitstaff at Kula Restaurant: Rabi and the team ensured every meal was a pleasure with attentive service. Our host Shamaau: He flawlessly organized every detail of our stay, always responsive, polite, and available. We love Maldives in general but Hard Rock tops it all. Located near Male, 15-20 minutes boat ride, perfect facilities, pools, bars, restaurants, rooms and the best personnel-from cleaning staff up to the management, all trying to make your stay memorable. I loved the “little things” everyone is doing, things that are definitely not part of their job description, all from their desire to make you happy, going above and beyond expectations. Our favorite employee, on each of our visits to Hard Rock hotel-Oggy-from Sessions Restaurant. We feel him as part of our family. Oggy should continue growing within Hard Rock family- he is an absolute exemplary hospitality representative. Oggy is kind, friendly, funny and exceptional. He made us feel special every single day of our visit this time around but also 2 years ago, on our previous visit. Thank you Oggy-we love you, Thank you Hard Rock staff! You are all AWESOME!!!

The seaplane transfer was well organized, and the welcome was excellent. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and serviced twice daily, morning and evening. The food was varied and delicious. The island is quite large; I personally enjoyed walking every day instead of using the buggy service, which is available anytime. Staff are all kind, helpful, and professional. Upon arrival, a personal host is assigned and provides you with a WhatsApp number to handle any request during your stay. Overall, it was a truly great experience and I highly recommend it.
