To be honest, I was kinda worried about staying at Radisson Blu after reading some of the complaints. BUT NOW! I just gotta say this hotel is BEYOND PERFECT. From confirming my flight details by email before I even left, to the airport pickup, arranging the seaplane, check-in, giving us a tour of the island facilities, and even delivering our luggage right to the door—it was all perfectly handled. The food here is amazing, every restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the staff are just so nice and welcoming. My friend and I never felt like outsiders here. On the 23rd, my friend actually had a scary incident—the strong waves knocked him over and started draining his energy. He could’ve been a goner if it weren’t for Rani (the housekeeper—I hope I spelled his name right) and the lifeguard on patrol, who spotted him floating and pulled him out in time. After some treatment, both the nurse and our host checked on him every single day, and they even offered us some services free of charge just to make things easier. When my friend’s phone stopped working after it got wet, the airport staff even arranged for someone to go with him into Malé to buy a new one. He’s recovering now, which is such a relief. We honestly don’t even know how to thank these kind and responsible people enough. I’ll definitely recommend Radisson Blu to all my friends if they ever come to the Maldives—it’s my go-to from now on. Here you get stunning ocean views, delicious exotic food, great facilities, warm greetings and smiles from the staff, and above all, the peace of mind of knowing you’re safe. This unforgettable Radisson Blu experience is gonna live in my heart rent-free! (apart from that one bad incident). Radisson Blue 丽笙真的很适合旅游度假入住！（中国人不骗中国人！）国人朋友可以翻译一下上面的文字，都是我的真心感受，最重要的是酒店里面各方面都很优质有序，而且为了照顾国人，还特别配备了国人翻译或者工作人员，这样在岛上也不怕语言不通了。酒店可以用带银联标识的国内银行卡，而且也有小红书什么的。我只能说：神仙酒店旅游岛！

The staff were very friendly and provide everything that we need. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning. Some fotos you can see below. It has fruits, tee and coffee, eggs, omelette, nuttela, bread, beacon, coconut with tuna and chapati. You can use the kitchen if you wish to prepare something for kid. We also ordered lunch every day. It included big main dish(rice, noodles or french fries), glass of fresh juice and fruits. There was big fish almost every time. And it was not the same fish everyday. I remember tuna and snapper. Names of other fish I can't remember. The property has good location - it is one of the nearest to the beach - about 7 minutes by foot. The road to that beach is full of palms and papaya trees, with cats and salamaders and bats. You can rent bikes here in the hotel to make the trip to the beach faster. The hotel has its territory. It is decorated with plants. You can order any excursions right in the hotel. The room was cleaned everyday and is treated for ants. It is not recommended to store food outside the fridge. Because the ants will find the food. There was air conditioning in the room. Also you have a table and couple of chairs in the yard right in front of your room. Nasheed, Adheel and all your employees, thank you very much for our pleasant stay.

The beach and the restaurant are the stars of the resort in my honest opinion. If you are in for a quiet vacation, this is an unexpected gem! We enjoyed every second of it!

Set in Rasdu, Veligandu Maldives Resort Island features a private beach area. Offering a restaurant, the property also has an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. This was our second time visiting Veligandu, and it still exceeded all of our expectations!! The resort is relaxing, quiet, and luxurious!! We love walking through the lush garden pathways leading to the restaurant . The house reef has a huge variety of reef fish as well as turtles, reef sharks, and rays. Snorkelling was very relaxing! We stayed in the sunrise water Villa this time and this suits us best as we could then sit on the back deck over the water in the shade in the afternoon. The sunrises were beautiful! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to our host Shaalee for looking after us so well and accommodating all of our requests. Dhonveli Restaurant has a fantastic buffet selection catering for dietary needs and various cuisine. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Thank you to chef Suresh for cooking me the perfect eggs every morning! A special thank you to Shayan who was very thoughtful, attentive, and always making sure we were comfortable. We loved our daily chats with you! Thank you, Veligandu. We felt very special and spoilt and look forward to returning one day :)
