The complimentary water, sweets and handwritten welcome note made us feel genuinely special! The staff were professional, polite and incredibly helpful, providing a truly high standard of service 👏 Breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of variety. We also stopped for a lunch in hotel restaurant and it was just as impressive - both in taste and service. We felt exceptionally well taken care of, and without a doubt, we will be staying in Aurel again on our next visit. Huge thank you to all the employees from all departments!

Modern rooms come with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. the hotel is in high standard, the staff not only gave professional service but they cared and walked an extra mile for me- i arrived to the hotel at 9:00 after a long rafting trip, i corresponded with the hotel before hand to ask whether it will be possible to check in early, and they made the effort and made sure i had a room ready when i arrived!!! for me this ment the world! the hotel have a very beautiful and extra clean spa, i was alone in the spa and it was just perfect! the hotel has a restaurant with great foods and drinks, and as a vegetarian, i had plenty of variety to choose from, and got a super service from Liliana. the bed mattress was perfect, high quality, the pillows in the right size!
