They even did my laundry at a laundry shop out of their hotel and brought me the invoice from that laundromat. I appreciate they being honest and did not overcharge me for doing my laundry such as many hotels. I paid what with the outsider laundromat exactly charged. Ms. Khawala changed the room for me when I express dissatisfaction with my first room on the second floor after my first night being there. Also, Mr. Younis was so helpful, answering all my questions and even took me to Currency exchange office when I needed it!

The room was spotless and well-prepared — you can clearly see the great work done by the housekeeping team. I also appreciated the presence of the security agent, who was respectful and attentive.
