Speaking Arabic, English, Spanish and French at the reception, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. They were always asking if everything was okay. We told them that the pillows were very bad and they immediately changed them with better ones. The restaurant was also nice and the staff very friendly.

I had an early checkout and had requested spa services, everything was arranged so quickly. I recommend strongly their spa services too - well priced and great massages.

The family-friendly restaurant at the riad serves Moroccan cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. The riad is beautiful. We had a very beautiful and comfortable room and the location is perfect: in the middle of the Medina, but still quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the service was amazing. Our host Ayoub helped us before we even arrived with an airport shuttle and he answered our questions about our trip in other parts of Morocco. During our stay, he made us feel at home in the riad. I'll definitely come back!

Jamal and his team made us feel very welcome.
