We assumed it was included… we assumed wrong and were charged a lot in addition. This was certainly not a deal breaker though - we loved it here. 11/10

Also the room was really spacious and nice.

The manager Sanath helped a lot with organizing transport and trips. There’s a lot of stairs, but we didn’t mind it. The view from the hotel and rooms are amazing. We liked that you could walk to the main street of Ella within 10 minutes. We can definitely recommend Elevate Ella to anyone visiting Ella!

Our hosts were so sweet and the accommodation was great! They helped us with an early breakfast before our train and with a lift to the station. The bed was comfy and the views were outstanding. Would love to return.
