The room was amazing, especially the terrace. The owner was very nice and helped us get train tickets last minute. Location was great as well. I loved sri-lankan breakfast.

Tranga from guest services was exceptional - he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property is extremely well managed and feels like a five-star resort. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The staff was great, very helpful and caring. The place is surrounded by nature and is a great base for hiking and trips to waterfalls. If you don't have your own vehicle, you can take advantage of the wide range of activities they organize.

The peaceful location and beautiful views from the villa were absolutely amazing. We loved waking up to the scenic mountain views and the fresh air. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all modern amenities. The staff was courteous and always available for help. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, the views are breathtaking taking. The staff are so welcoming and kind, they really care for the guests. Rooms are a great size and clean. There are a lot of bugs but expected as it is in the jungle. The food was absolutely delicious if you want authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The pool is perfect. There is not much to do and it is far away from everything, but absolutely perfect if you just want to relax, which is exactly what I needed.

Nestled amidst the lush greenery of Meenawatta Estate, the resort is a true sanctuary for those seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and heartfelt hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care. A special thank you to Sachini (Front Office Executive) whose exceptional support throughout our stay made everything seamless. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort truly elevated our entire experience. The design of the hotel strikes a perfect balance between elegance and nature. Surrounded by pristine landscapes, the property is immaculately maintained, with stunning gardens, flowering plants, and breathtaking mountain views in every direction. The air is fresh, the atmosphere peaceful—it’s the perfect escape from the busy world. One of the standout features of the resort is the infinity pool, offering a surreal experience as you swim above the forest canopy with panoramic views of the misty hills stretching endlessly beyond. I found myself returning to this spot every morning and evening—each moment more magical than the last. As part of their offering, the hotel provides a free guided tour around the surrounding area, which is a must. Walking through the tea gardens and forest paths, discovering the local flora and fauna, and soaking in the serene beauty of nature made me fall even more in love with this place. The restaurant deserves a five-star rating of its own. The food was consistently outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Special thanks to Yatawara for his incredible hospitality and service. He went above and beyond to make each meal a delight, and his warmth made every dining experience feel personal and memorable.

Comfortable spacious room and friendly staff. Food is tasty and most important with beautiful view. Another hidden gem! Surrounded by nature and again we saw alot of fireflies at the big trees around us. If we are to come back, i will definitely stay here for more nights.
