We had a pleasant 2 days stay in this beautiful and stylish hotel with bespoke interiors and convenient location near the beach and not far from the Galle Fort. The hotel staff Varuni and Roshan were extremely helpful and nice. They helped us with our requests to make our stay the most comfortable. The breakfast prepared by the staff was delicious and nicely served. We look forward to staying in Taavetti Hotel again.

The staff are fantastic, everyone is so helpful and the food is 10 out of 10. Try the Crispy Barramundi, yum!

Our stay at this hotel was simply perfect. The location, the room, the cleanliness — everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was exceptional. A special thank you to Pupudu, who was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. The pool bar team and the room service staff also deserve a special mention — they were consistently courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to meet every single request we had. The best service and food compared to all other hotels in SL. Lovely employees and customer service. But I have to be honest Rs. 100k for a night was a bit too too expensive and I did not see a reason as to why it was extra expensive compared to other Cinnamon hotels. I found Citadel.....Beruwala Beach having better rooms, etc for half the price.
