Everything. The pictures doesnt do justice of what is really is but the highlight here js the experience. Dulip, or butler was exceptional,brought cockatails on thw beach and prepare a very nice surprised to mu husband birthday,a cake kn the room. Massages are very good, food is spetacular, the beach is warm a d caln, ideal for swmiming. Rájhida, is the best waiter always very attentive and friednly. Umberto the manager is very friendly! Staff is all amazing , with a big smile ! This place is magical and has everything you need to have a peaceful and magical stay in a stunning room, outside bathroom , Ac, bath, comfortable beds and amang decoration. Cocktails in the pool bar are amazing, are prices are very reasonable. Love everything. We have been in many resorts around the world and the attendiment here exceed all of our previous experiences, even in a 5 star resort in Maldives. Don't look for anywhere else,book this place and experience to bee treated like kings! Don't forget yo ask for the ceviche in the coconnut, the best I had in my life.

Best resort in Sri Lanka. This is our second visit to Pasikudah but we came just for this amazing resort and we do not regret. It is perfect. Clean, helpful and kind staff and well maintained premises. Food is delicious and everyone is very kind. Thanks to the manager and the resort staff. We would recommend to everyone and visit again.

The eco-friendly Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa - Thema Collection sits on the sandy shores of Passekudah Bay on the east coast of Sri Lanka. The hotel welcomes all new guests with flower necklaces and cool fruit drinks. The breakfast buffet options are numerous. We ordered a la carte lunch & dinner, and the food was always exceptional. (Note, the first night we wanted something that they didn’t have but they ordered it for the second night.) The room was ok, but all rooms come with a comfortable balcony to make up for what the room lacks. Also, the bathroom is about the same size as the room. The beach and the ocean are by far the main reason to come here. The warm ocean water is unparalleled and the hotel staff do a wonderful job keeping their section of the beach clean. The pool area is also nice, but we came for the beach and spent most of our time there. The kid space is lacking, but that’s ok as long as you aren’t there when it rains. Lastly, all the staff we encountered were professional. They helped arrange our departure taxi which actually was rather reasonably priced; meaning same price everyone seems to charge tourists 200 rupees per kilometer (rather than what locals pay which is like 120-150). Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The property is on a gorgeous stretch of beach with fine sand and a calm, warm ocean. The hotel itself and rooms are beautifully designed and maintained and spotlessly clean. The best part was the staff, which were so friendly, kind, and attentive. I also highly recommend the spa - the masseuse worked magic on my sore back and shoulder. I never wanted to leave!

Beautiful hotel with huge swimming pool, nice, clean and spacious rooms, well-kept beautiful garden and big beach. Meals are ok, huge choice of dishes. Nice and polite staff. Just perfect🤩 there are a few restaurants in the neighborhood of the hotel, but rather tuk tuk is needed to get there.

It will be a lifetime experience. Extremely extremely fantabulous moonlit night stay it will be for the nature loving people. Totally satisfied with the hotel stay. Clean rooms , Clean bathroom with bath tub , clean swimming pool , Moonlit beach experience. Beach is just 5 steps away from the hotel. Everything about the hotel is just 10/10. The staffs will make sure that you enjoy your stay completely. Babu supervisor , Ajeeth manager , Pavi cook + auto driver , Neroshan helper , Darshini and Ronshini cleaners..all of them did an amazing job to make our stay enjoyable. All of them are very very helpful , cooperative, supportive and hospitable. 10/10 Pavi makes very delicious food for the guest. Indian, Sri Lankan, English breakfast options are available. A la carte menu is available for lunch dinner snacks. Alcoholic drinks are also available. Food quantity is more than enough. One person cannot finish the food, they give huge quantity. We witnessed fresh fish buying from the beach fishermen. You may buy fresh fish from there and ask the restaurant staff to cook it for you. No disturbance, Only Peace and Enjoyment.
