Getting to meet owners on a one-to-one courtesy chat. Both husband and wife took us round the facility. Very humble and professional personalities. We also met other staff members who showed the most welcoming, friendly and warming attention to us...they all made us felt very important.

The room was Soo untidy,the couchs were broken,the kitchen was worse everything with rust.
The bathroom was more worse, broken holders,nowhere to hang towels.
The bed was unstable too. We could not access that tv because the remote was faulty,we were told to wait for a new one which was to be replaced a day after.
