We stayed at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa in November as a group of 11 guests and had an excellent experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and of a high standard. The resort’s facilities and strong security provided peace of mind, while its location on a beautiful white sand beach offered the perfect setting for walks. The staff were outstanding. At reception, Elizabeth, Jacklyn, Kavata, Jolinda, Abigail, and Given were consistently helpful and welcoming. In the restaurant, Mercy, Dons, Nancy W, Mary, Nancy H, and Adline ensured our large group was well accommodated, with tables always prepared and service attentive. The food was of high quality, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. A special mention goes to Jane, who decorated my room for my birthday, adding a thoughtful personal touch. Overall, Sarova Whitesands exceeded expectations in service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mombasa.

The staff could not be more friendly, efficient and attentive to your every need. The food was excellent with great variety and you really feel that you are valued and not just another guest. The staff really make you feel at home and very welcome. There is one main restaurant which serves a different buffet nightly which is excellent and one other restaurant on the beach so for those who like a large resort this might be on the small side. The rooms are spotlessly clean the only thing that could be improved upon are the bathrooms which need updating but were very clean with fresh towels daily. The beach is beautiful and the deck chair service is excellent, we found our towels on the chairs each morning ready for our arrival. Lunch is served on the lawn by the beach and the deck chair drink’s service is excellent. There is a newly installed Padel court which is fairly priced and easy to hire too. Everything about this hotel is charming from the immaculate grounds to the relaxed vibe. For anyone wanting a party hotel this is not for you as it is a quiet family style hotel but there is nightly entertainment from live music to acrobatic shows. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another fantastic stay at this lovely hotel.

PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa is set amongst landscaped gardens with tropical palm trees and a lagoon-shaped swimming pool. The staff and in particular the animation team are very kind, helpful and nice. They helped us to arrange a visit to Haller Park. Every day you can try a different cuisine, the food is very tasty, I was very impressed. The view from the balcony with swimming pool and beach is great. In the evening you can enjoy interesting shows created by the animation team.
